About Our Practice

At Bright Futures Pediatrics, we believe pediatric care should be personal.

We are proud to be an independent private practice, not part of a large healthcare system or corporate medical group. That means our focus is where it belongs, on caring for children and building lasting relationships with families.

When you call our office, you will speak with a team that knows you and your child. Every phone call is returned the same day, questions are answered promptly, and we take the time to provide the guidance your family needs.

If your child wakes up sick, you do not have to wait days for an appointment or head to an urgent care center. We offer same day sick appointments because we know that children cannot wait when they are ill.

As a smaller practice, we are able to provide the kind of personalized care that has become increasingly difficult to find. We take time to listen, answer questions, and partner with parents through every stage of childhood. Here, your child is never just another patient. We know our families by name and are committed to providing the compassionate, attentive care they deserve.

ABOUT DR. GARRIGA, MD

Dr. Caryn Garriga is a trusted general pediatrician serving families in Ellisville and throughout the greater St. Louis area. She founded Bright Futures Pediatrics with one simple goal, to provide the kind of personalized, accessible care every family deserves.

As an independent private practice, Bright Futures Pediatrics offers an experience that is becoming increasingly rare. Every phone call is returned the same day, sick children are seen the same day whenever possible, and families receive timely, thoughtful care from a team that truly knows them.

Dr. Garriga believes exceptional pediatric care begins with strong relationships. She takes the time to listen to parents, understand each child's unique needs, and partner with families from the newborn years through adolescence. Her warm and compassionate approach has earned the trust of families throughout the St. Louis community.

While she has additional training in developmental concerns, her practice focuses on comprehensive general pediatric care, including newborn care, well child visits, preventive care, and the diagnosis and treatment of childhood illnesses.
